At least 8 Trustpilot reviewers since 09-05 say a device, CID or IP flag hit an active account or payout; 5 say it ended their accounts, and the other 3 say they were accused or denied a payout. Nazim Hussain (GB, 09-22) says he deleted a 5-star review after about 4 years, over 30,000 pounds spent and 3 payouts, when a payout went under review and his account was terminated over 9 device identifiers said to link to 2 other customer accounts. Eriaman (ID, 09-11) says the matched account was his wife's, inactive since 2024, same home and Wi-Fi. B t (NL, 09-17) says 4 devices were flagged while the MT5 ran via Traders Connect cloud infrastructure. The firm replied to 0 of 120 reviews pulled.

MrViRuSs (UZ, 09-18) says a $2,500 account was closed over a $28.45 floating loss against a 1% ($25) cap, with balance and daily drawdown safe. Anel Arifi (XK, 09-12) says an account was breached under the Max Risk Rule and a 10-minute cooldown. He says he was never directly told of it, never got the 21 July email Alpha cites, and took a full refund. Italo Leonel (PE, 09-11) says a new cooldown or max-risk-per-asset rule makes scalping impossible. Alejandro Garcia (ES, 09-11) says a 1%-of-account limit cost him over $4,000 in withdrawals. The firm answered none of 120 reviews pulled.
