Blue Guardian payouts: one reviewer says a payout was denied, another says five requests are still pending

Two Trustpilot reviewers since 09-05 describe trouble at the payout stage. Jesus Pedraza (09-21, 1 star, US) says he spent two weeks passing accounts and building a $4,000 buffer, then was told the account was breached with no further explanation, and a call to go over his strategy was refused. Milad Jan (09-21, 1 star, CH) says payout requests filed 16 and 17 September on five 25k Direct Futures accounts were all pending on 21 September, support told him to wait for the Risk Team, and the review requires an interview, booked for 23 September. He disputes a Risk Team finding of VPN use at ID verification. The firm answered none of the 30 in-window reviews. Fifteen of those 30 are five star.

Blue Guardian support: 2 reviewers name the same agent and say replies come back as templates

Two Trustpilot reviewers since 09-05 fault support rather than money, and both name the same agent, Debayo. Ryan Martin (09-21, 1 star, SE, writing in French) says the rules are simple and the payouts are smooth and fast, but that support answers his questions with pre-written messages and will not route him to anyone who can clarify a rule. Aleksandr Nepomnyashchiy (09-11, 1 star, UA) says three named agents sent him the same template reply four times about the 04 September breach on his account 515899. Blue Guardian replied to none of the 30 in-window reviews, and neither of these two got an answer.

FundingPips: 13 Trustpilot reviewers in a day say accounts were breached, blocked, closed or suspended over news; 11 say not high-impact

Thirteen distinct Trustpilot reviewers, publishing on 2026-09-21, say their accounts were breached, blocked, closed, suspended or terminated over a trade around a news event. Twelve are one-star, one is two-star. Eleven say the event was not red or high-impact; eight of them name Forex Factory. Five describe the firm's own calendar: one says it marked the same event restricted, one says the event appeared about 30 minutes later, one says medium events are treated as high-impact, one says the dashboard calendar showed no data, one says it listed only low-impact news. The firm has not replied to any of the 120 reviews pulled.
