BrightFunded: 08-27 slippage reviewer says a gold TP at 4350 was ignored on a new account; 1 more funded trader since Sep 5 blames slippage
The Irish reviewer behind the live 08-27 dispute returned on Sep 14 from the same Trustpilot profile. On what he calls a new funded account, 332113004, he says the platform ignored his XAU/USD take profit at 4350 and every position closed in the same second at 4311.90, a gap of 38.10, which he says breached the account. He says support said the matter was already addressed and the CEO said no slippage was detected. The next day a Canadian, the only other reviewer since Sep 5 citing slippage, says hidden slippage breached his funded account. BrightFunded told him on Sep 21 there is "no such thing as hidden slippage at BrightFunded". It answered 9 of 10 reviews since Sep 5, not the Irish one.
