Two verified Trustpilot reviewers describe unresolved support problems. Ivan Gospodinov (ES, 1-star, 18 Sep, in Spanish) says the firm gives too little attention to fixing crypto account syncing to Bybit, and two weeks of trying have failed. Hendrik Fuchs (DE, 1-star, 14 Sep) says his migration question went unanswered and he cannot trade. The firm's Trustpilot replies have gone quiet: it answered 110 of the 120 reviews in our pull at a median of 1.9 days, but its last reply was posted 8 Sep and none of the 7 reviews published since 5 Sep carry one. Against that, JM (BE, 4-star, 15 Sep) praises pre-sale answers from Javier, and the firm's 15 Sep Instagram post says its team is active 24/7.

Crypto Fund Trader: 2 Trustpilot reviewers flag trading costs on 21 Sep, one cites a $16 commission on 0.3 lot of BTC

Two Trustpilot reviewers posted about cost hours apart on 21 Sep. Zafar Miyan (IN, 1-star, not verified) says the firm charged a $16 commission for just 0.3 lot in BTC and warns others off. geo (CA, 3-star) calls the accounts a little pricey, praises features such as draggable limit orders and stop losses, and objects that trading fees land on top of a losing trade. Neither review carries a firm reply as of our 22 Sep pull. Neither reviewer says the commission was undisclosed, and a 4-star reviewer on 15 Sep said the firm answered his questions on BTCUSDT commissions in detail before he bought.

FundingPips: 13 Trustpilot reviewers in a day say accounts were breached, blocked, closed or suspended over news; 11 say not high-impact

Thirteen distinct Trustpilot reviewers, publishing on 2026-09-21, say their accounts were breached, blocked, closed, suspended or terminated over a trade around a news event. Twelve are one-star, one is two-star. Eleven say the event was not red or high-impact; eight of them name Forex Factory. Five describe the firm's own calendar: one says it marked the same event restricted, one says the event appeared about 30 minutes later, one says medium events are treated as high-impact, one says the dashboard calendar showed no data, one says it listed only low-impact news. The firm has not replied to any of the 120 reviews pulled.
