For Traders: 2 more traders since 5 September say the reward was approved or due, then the account ended

Two reviewers since 5 September say the reward came first, the termination second. Ranit Mondal (India, 7 September) says a 1 September Risk Department email confirmed his reward was approved and in his wallet, then ended the cooperation over an internal rolling alert he was told was not a rule breach; his three other accounts were then breached. Maheep Kumar (India, 8 September) says nothing was raised until his $3,207 withdrawal. For Traders answered Kumar within four hours, citing seven Client Sections under matching personal details and monitoring that "runs at the reward stage", and would not reconsider. Mondal is unanswered 14 days on; 9 other 1 star reviews in the pull got replies.
