Instant Funding: firm replies put 2 closures at $2.60 and $6.88 over the limit; 4 of 8 one-star reviewers since Sep 6 dispute one

Ten Trustpilot reviews Sep 6 to Sep 17: eight one-star, one two-star, one five-star. Four reviewers dispute an account closure or suspension. The firm replied to all ten, including all eight one-stars. Two replies give a margin: an IF Micro 25K closed after a recorded drawdown of $272.60 against a $270.00 cap, and account 8109078 closed after a $158.62 loss against a $151.74 Risk per Trade Idea limit the firm says is calculated separately from daily loss and maximum drawdown. It says 8109078 cannot be restored, that an inactivity breach on a giveaway account is not something it can override, and that a tick data re-assessment is running for the reviewer who reported 172 pips of slippage.

Thirteen distinct Trustpilot reviewers, publishing on 2026-09-21, say their accounts were breached, blocked, closed, suspended or terminated over a trade around a news event. Twelve are one-star, one is two-star. Eleven say the event was not red or high-impact; eight of them name Forex Factory. Five describe the firm's own calendar: one says it marked the same event restricted, one says the event appeared about 30 minutes later, one says medium events are treated as high-impact, one says the dashboard calendar showed no data, one says it listed only low-impact news. The firm has not replied to any of the 120 reviews pulled.
