Lucid Trading: 10 Trustpilot reviewers say they were accused of a chargeback they dispute, and 9 say they were banned

Ten reviewers between 09-15 and 09-22 say Lucid accused them of a chargeback they dispute, and eight say outright they never filed one. Nine say they were banned or had accounts closed over it. Khemika (TH, 09-20) says a 09-17 closure cited an automated batch sweep and a Krungthai bank statement was not reviewed. Alessio B (IT, 09-21) says the sum named was $81 and Revolut confirmed in writing no dispute was filed. Tristan (US, 09-15) says three chargebacks were alleged and Capital One confirmed none are open. Rupinder Kaur (IN, 09-18) says she was accused and removed from Lucid's Discord. The pull is capped; ten is a floor. Lucid replied to none of the 120 reviews pulled (09-10 to 09-22).

Lucid Trading cross-user bans named by at least 8 more traders since 09-05, with $13k, $10k and $4,714 at stake

Since 09-05, at least 8 reviewers say Lucid banned or closed their accounts citing cross-user activity; 4 say it came as a payout was due. On 08-26 we carried one such case, from X. Zevy Deutsch (US, 09-20) says he and a trading buddy who run the same strategy were both banned as he went to collect about $13k on five LucidDirect 150K accounts, and that he found no such rule in the terms. Tamilselvan Amirthalingam (IN, 09-16) says five funded accounts were paused and a $10,000 payout rejected. MAYARA CASSEMIRO (BR, 09-10) says $4,714 went after six earlier payouts. REGI (AE, 09-16) says she and her husband share home WiFi. Kelvin Cerra, fxdinesh and Itay say they trade alone. No firm reply.
