The5ers draws 12 negative Trustpilot reviews in 29 hours alleging terminations without evidence; firm silent

12 one-star or two-star reviews published between Sep 4 15:00 UTC and Sep 5 19:44 UTC, from 11 countries, against 108 positive reviews in the same Aug 27 to Sep 5 window. 8 give case detail: a $15,800 payout rejected and the account closed after the firm's interview; a $1,878 payout rejected after an interview citing account integrity and exclusive ownership; a tournament account terminated at $11,069.40 balance with limits intact; a $2,500 Phase 2 account terminated with only a generic breach reply; two funded accounts blocked and KYC revoked over a one-sided-bet finding; a $100K High Stakes account closed after slippage took a stop-loss exit $1.87 past the daily limit; a £20,000 account terminated on a day the reviewer puts at £150 loss against a £300 limit; a 1-Step account closed over a multiple-accounts accusation the reviewer denies. The firm replied to none of the 12. All 12 are Trustpilot-unverified; the 5-star reviews in the window are verified.

Four traders since mid-July report The5ers terminations over coordinated-trading allegations

Two Trustpilot reviewers (Aug 19 and 20) and two X traders describe terminations citing copy trading, coordination or account correlation. The July case is the largest: a $76,656.09 payout put on hold, then denied with permanent closure; the firm's email cites identical XAUUSD entry timestamps across accounts on July 10 and 13, logins from different locations within six hours, and a payment method under a third party's name. The Aug 26 case is the opposite shape: the trader's published rebuttal shows the firm declining to identify any specific flagged trade. Copy trading and coordinated strategies are prohibited in the firm's published rules; what the four accounts contest is the evidence, not the rule

Two Trustpilot reviewers say The5ers terminated their accounts over coordinated trading; the firm defends one decision in a public reply

Two 1-star Trustpilot reviews, 2026-08-19T05:41:40Z (verified) and 2026-08-20T10:50:39Z (unverified), say The5ers terminated the reviewers' accounts over coordinated-trading accusations both dispute. The first requested "evidence or a refund"; the second wrote "Looks like there have been a few of these reviews lately." The5ers replied publicly to the first, saying the termination followed a compliance review that identified patterns "consistent with coordinated trading". In the same window, per the reviewers: a verified 1-star (2026-08-19T11:49:49Z) says the firm blocked the account after a payout request citing risk rules, a verified 1-star (2026-08-19T13:47:09Z) reports a locked-KYC support runaround, and an unverified Portuguese 1-star (2026-08-19T18:56:28Z) alleges a one-sided-betting termination. Context: 6 of 51 reviews scraped 2026-08-17 to 2026-08-20 are 1-star, and one 3-star reviewer (2026-08-18) says a similar one-sided-betting flag was reversed and the funded account activated after emails with the firm. No the5ers drama was logged at the 2026-08-15 baseline; this theme is new. Second termination review: trustpilot.com/reviews/6a86bfdf88774f9b02662318.
