The review is filed on PFM as an "Unjustified Breach" report with a payout certificate and a breach document uploaded. The same trader posted a near-identical 1-star Trustpilot review on August 14, part of a cluster of 14 one-star Fintokei Trustpilot reviews between August 1 and August 14 from independent accounts (IT, BG, PK, SA, SO, KE) alleging closures of profitable funded accounts; within that cluster, a separate August 5 reviewer (SA) independently quotes the same firm language, a Provider Program termination because his trading data was "not able to be utilized within their current framework," citing Fintokei's discretionary Article 37, and an August 13 reviewer (IT) reports terminated accounts and a cancelled payout of about $3,000. The PFM cross-post is the same complainant, so it adds documentation and a capturable receipt rather than a new source; the multi-trader basis rests on the Trustpilot cluster.
