35 minutes. That is how long the CEO took to answer, in public, when a trader asked where the evidence was.

The trader is @perpendiculrr, and the Blue Guardian Futures copy trading case is his. Blue Guardian Futures rejected his payout, which he puts at $2,500. Its breach email, the notice that closes accounts for breaking a rule, covered "All currently active Simulation accounts associated with your profile". He posted it on X under the words "WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE?".

Sean Bainton, founder and CEO, replied by naming a second trader as the trader's friend. The two, he wrote, were "holding the same trades for 17 hour and 49 minutes and exiting on the same second." Then: "Bruh try make it less obvious next time".

Sean Bainton's reply of 22 September 2026 under @perpendiculrr's post, the friend's name partly blacked out by FirmTiers. The post above it is the trader's, in his own words. X, 22 September 2026

Our read, and we will own it: a trader asked in public for evidence, and the CEO answered in public with a jibe. Whether he copy traded is Blue Guardian Futures' call, and he disputes it.

What counts as copy trading at Blue Guardian Futures?

Copying yourself is fine. Copying anyone else is not. Copy trading means placing the same trades as another account, by hand or with software that mirrors them. Two published rules cover it, one from the rules for Reserve accounts, the account type the trader held:

What you doBlue Guardian Futures rule
Copy trades between your own accountsAllowed, "including the use of third-party copier software"
Copy other traders, signal providers or trade groups"strictly prohibited and may result in account review or termination"
Coordinate with others to trade "identical or opposing strategies across unconnected accounts""not allowed"

The breach email goes wider. It says copy trading "may include matching or substantially similar trade entries, exits, direction, timing, instruments, and/or position sizing". That wording appears in none of the 21 futures help articles or the site terms. If "substantially similar" is a test traders can be closed on, why is it not in the help centre?

What did the Blue Guardian Futures CEO say?

He answered with a jibe, then promised a review. In order:

  1. 22 September, 20:43 UTC. The reply above, 35 minutes after the trader's first post.
  2. 23 September, 12:04 UTC. "The team will look into it and update before EOD", posted twice, 11 seconds apart: once to the trader and once to a friend of his who raised the case. EOD means end of day. He named no time zone.

At 13:25 UTC on 23 September neither @GuardianFutures nor @BlueGuardiancom had replied to the trader, and the day had not ended anywhere, so we are not calling the promise broken. The trader says he asked 3 times for the evidence. The only written words from the firm to him that we hold are the breach email and a line saying its decision "remains final and unchanged", both through his screenshots.

On 14 September, before this case began, Bainton posted about traders in general, naming nobody:

Sean Bainton's post of 14 September 2026, before this case: a large number of traders abusing the platform with group trading and hedging, every one of them to be found and terminated, and Time to bring the hammer. @seanbaint on X, 14 September 2026

What did Ali say in the DMs?

He asked about the second trader, then asked: "Do you want me to post everything or what". The trader posted the DMs with an account whose display name is Ali. The trader identifies it as @Aliatcx, whose X bio reads "Affiliate Head | Partnerships @Blueguardiancom @Guardianfutures". The images do not show the handle.

Ali's first question, in a mix of Hindi and English, names that second trader. He adds "Just tell me this honestly". When the trader keeps asking for evidence, Ali writes "You need to understand that we can't share internal details like this", then the line about posting everything.

Direct messages between the account shown as Ali and the trader: a question in Hindi and English naming the second trader, partly blacked out by FirmTiers, then Just tell me this honestly, and the start of the trader's answer. Posted by @perpendiculrr on X, 23 September 2026

The trader told him to go ahead and post. Ali signed off: "I'll leave it with the team from here".

The trader accuses Ali of "trying to handle it through private threats" and says a screenshot Ali sent was deleted after he said go ahead. No image shows a deletion. The trader's visible answer to Ali's first question is cut off mid-line: "Honestly i have no clue and if you are associating".

Is this a Blue Guardian Futures pattern?

On X, this is the only copy-trading denial we found. On Trustpilot, 7 reviewers between 26 August and 20 September say a payout was rejected for copy trading, and Blue Guardian Futures answered all 7. That profile mixes futures with CFD (contract for difference) accounts, the firm's non-futures side, and at least three of the seven describe CFD products.

The firm's reply to one reviewer spells out what it matches: "entry and exit timestamps, trading instruments, position sizes, price levels, trade directions, and closing behavior".

Abdel Mbardi's one-star review of 10 September 2026, payout rejected for alleged copy trading, and Blue Guardian Futures' reply listing the metrics it matches. Trustpilot, reply dated 11 September 2026

Replying to the trader, @FXEshankukakoti put the worry in one line: "I am trading with blue guardian and now i am really worried".

We did not put questions to Blue Guardian Futures, its CEO, Ali or the trader. Blue Guardian Futures sits at tier B, score 40 on our board.

FAQ

Does Blue Guardian Futures allow copy trading?

Only between your own accounts. The Reserve Account Rules allow copy trading "provided all copied trades are between accounts legally owned by the same trader". Copying other traders, signal providers or trade groups is strictly prohibited, and a separate rule bans coordinating with others on "identical or opposing strategies across unconnected accounts". The breach email in this case used a wider "substantially similar" test that the help centre does not print.

Is Guardian Futures the same company as Blue Guardian?

Yes. Guardian Futures is Blue Guardian's futures business: same company, same CEO. The X account @GuardianFutures uses the display name "Blue Guardian Futures", the futures help centre sits on blueguardian.com, and the breach email in this case came from [email protected]. Sean Bainton, named founder and CEO on blueguardian.com, lists @BlueGuardiancom and @guardianfutures in his X bio.

Is Blue Guardian Futures a scam?

We do not use that label. The record holds a payout rejection for copy trading that the trader disputes, and a CEO who replied "Bruh try make it less obvious next time". On 23 September 2026 he promised "The team will look into it and update before EOD". Seven Trustpilot reviewers on a profile that mixes futures and CFD accounts, at least three of them on CFD products, say they were rejected for copy trading between 26 August and 20 September 2026.
