Two trust systems moved against Top One Trader at once this week. Trustpilot suspended the firm's rating, flagging a breach of its guidelines and stating it has removed fake reviews for the company. PropFirmMap, which aggregates trust signals across sources, now scores the firm 12 out of 100, a grade of F, after a 25.6-point drop over seven days.
Why did Trustpilot suspend Top One Trader's rating?
Trustpilot's own banner on the Toponetrader profile says it directly: "This company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines," with a warning flag reading "We've removed a number of fake reviews for this company."

The profile still lists 3,486 reviews in total, and reviews continue to display. What is gone is the score: the star rating that would normally summarize them is withheld while the flag is live.
What does a composite trust score of 12 of 100 mean?
PropFirmMap's composite trust score aggregates the trust signals it holds on a firm: Trustpilot rating, review volume, its own safety grade, operational longevity, verification freshness, partner vetting and a reputation penalty. Top One Trader's panel now reads 12 of 100, grade F, down 25.6 points in seven days.
The breakdown shows where the damage came from. With the profile suspended, the Trustpilot rating contributes 0 of a possible 25 points and review volume 0 of 20. On top of the zeros, the panel applies an explicit 20-point reputation penalty, annotated: "TrustPilot profile suspended - composite trust score includes a -20 penalty until the profile is restored."

In other words, the 12 is not a verdict that everything about the firm scores near zero. It is what happens to a composite when its largest single input is suspended and penalized at the same time. That read is ours, from the panel's own arithmetic.
Did fake reviews come from the firm itself?
Trustpilot has not said, and neither will we. "We've removed a number of fake reviews for this company" is a statement about the reviews, not about who wrote them. Fake positive reviews can be bought by a firm, posted by overenthusiastic affiliates, or in rarer cases planted by someone hostile. Trustpilot's notice does not distinguish, and we have no capture that does.
What we can observe is the review page itself: several of the recent five-star reviews visible on the profile carry generic praise of a kind common in incentivized batches. That is a pattern observation, not a finding.
What else is moving on Top One Trader's tracker page?
PropFirmMap's separate headline score for the firm fell from 4.8 to 4.6 this week, and its trend panel shows the decline over the last 90 days alongside the firm's cheapest challenge price, down 21 dollars to 7 dollars.

The same page carries a "D, High Risk" safety label and, in an odd pairing, a "Verified by PropFirmMap" partner badge above a 50% discount code. A tracker can verify a partnership and still grade the firm high-risk; the two labels answer different questions, and the page shows both.
Is Top One Trader a scam?
The suspension does not establish that. Here is what the record supports and what it does not.
It establishes that Trustpilot found guideline-breaching fake reviews serious enough to pull the rating, and that PropFirmMap's aggregate trust read on the firm is now the lowest grade it issues, driven substantially by that suspension.
It does not establish that the firm defrauds traders, that payouts are not honored, or that the firm wrote the fake reviews. None of the captures behind this story document a payout failure. A suspended review profile is a trust problem, and trust is most of what a prop firm sells, but it is not, by itself, evidence of theft. "Scam" is not our word to hand out, and nothing here earns it on the record we hold.
Extra caution while the flag is live is the reasonable posture, and it is also PropFirmMap's stated recommendation on the firm's page.
Where does this leave the firm on the board?
Top One Trader's tier position is re-scored nightly from the full sentiment and tracker picture, not from any single event. A suspended Trustpilot profile removes one of the heavier independent inputs from that picture and replaces it with a penalty, which tends to move a firm down the board and hold it there until the profile is restored. Check the firm's page for the current position.
