Moneta Funded: 2 reviewers since Sep 18 say they paid and the account did not arrive, firm says one was issued

On Trustpilot, SUMAN DAS (IN, verified, Sep 22) says they paid by UPI deposit and were not given the account; the review had no firm reply when captured that day. Pramod Ballal (IN, not verified, Sep 18) says the 2-step 10K they bought showed as inactive and support promised a fix in one to two days, then went quiet. Moneta Funded replied to Ballal on Sep 19, acknowledged the delay and the lack of communication, and said the account "was issued a while ago and should now be accessible in your account dashboard". The firm answered 51 of the 59 reviews since Sep 5 and one of these two. Another reviewer, kingsley nnonye (NG, Sep 12), says credentials came within 60 seconds of paying.

FundingPips: 13 Trustpilot reviewers in a day say accounts were breached, blocked, closed or suspended over news; 11 say not high-impact

Thirteen distinct Trustpilot reviewers, publishing on 2026-09-21, say their accounts were breached, blocked, closed, suspended or terminated over a trade around a news event. Twelve are one-star, one is two-star. Eleven say the event was not red or high-impact; eight of them name Forex Factory. Five describe the firm's own calendar: one says it marked the same event restricted, one says the event appeared about 30 minutes later, one says medium events are treated as high-impact, one says the dashboard calendar showed no data, one says it listed only low-impact news. The firm has not replied to any of the 120 reviews pulled.
