Pramod Ballal (IN, not verified, Sep 18) says the 2-step 10K they bought showed as inactive and support promised a fix in one to two days, then went quiet. Moneta Funded replied to Ballal on Sep 19, acknowledged the delay and the lack of communication, and said the account "was issued a while ago and should now be accessible in your account dashboard".
