Ylos Trading: 2 traders dispute payout denials since Sep 5, one says 4 of 6 requests were refused; firm answers both on Sep 21

Two reviewers have disputed Ylos payout decisions since Sep 5, against 43 in-window Trustpilot reviews of which 38 are five-star. PVL (VN, Sep 8) writes that four of six payout requests were rejected, the latest labelled Flipping on a day he says he traded as usual apart from two losing trades. Eliton Henrique (BR, Sep 10) says the firm finds reasons to refuse withdrawals. Ylos answered both on Sep 21 in one sweep that replied to 41 of the 43. Its reply to PVL is published with a drafting line still on top: "Here is the American English translation of the response, maintaining the exact same authoritative, formal, and legally sound tone".

Ylos trader posts timestamped Trustpilot review disputing $1,620 payout denial for Flipping; firm replies defending compliance

A 1-star Trustpilot review published 2026-08-20 by Douglas Alves (Canada, his first review on the platform, not order-verified) says Ylos Trading denied his $1,620.72 withdrawal for alleged Flipping on an Aug 12 trade that closed about 2 seconds after fill. Alves posts BlackArrow PRO order-log timestamps he says show the limit order sat pending 1 hour 2 minutes before execution, cites 15 trading days, 25 trades, 11 profitable days against 4 losing, and a 60 percent win rate, and says Compliance did not identify what changed in his strategy on Aug 12. Ylos replied on Trustpilot about 7 hours later, writing that account decisions "cannot be mediated or overturned through public reviews" and that its Compliance team remains engaged with him; the reply does not contest that the payout was denied. This is an isolated complaint, not a pile-on: 44 of the other 49 in-window Trustpilot reviews are 5-star, and the only other in-window 1-star (Aug 10, a $3,800 account-suspension dispute the firm publicly disputes) concerns a different rule.

FundingPips: 13 Trustpilot reviewers in a day say accounts were breached, blocked, closed or suspended over news; 11 say not high-impact

Thirteen distinct Trustpilot reviewers, publishing on 2026-09-21, say their accounts were breached, blocked, closed, suspended or terminated over a trade around a news event. Twelve are one-star, one is two-star. Eleven say the event was not red or high-impact; eight of them name Forex Factory. Five describe the firm's own calendar: one says it marked the same event restricted, one says the event appeared about 30 minutes later, one says medium events are treated as high-impact, one says the dashboard calendar showed no data, one says it listed only low-impact news. The firm has not replied to any of the 120 reviews pulled.
