On Aug 14, a US reviewer wrote that TradeDay denied his first payouts on 3 funded accounts, alleging he used a third-party service he denies using, and claims the firm owes him over $5,000; TradeDay replied publicly the same day, stating it has a payout approval rate "of over 98%" and that denials occur only for documented breaches of its Prohibited Trade Practices. On Aug 17, a Brazilian reviewer wrote (in Portuguese) that he bought a reset on Aug 14, received a cancellation email on Aug 16 citing "falta de pagamento" (lack of payment), and that the firm rejected his submitted payment receipt; he calls the firm "golpistas" (scammers).
