You read a firm's reply to see whether a human looked at your case. Two firms published replies this month whose first line is not aimed at the trader. It describes the job of writing the reply.
The Atmos Funded Trustpilot reply of 16 September opens one line above the greeting: "Revising a review reply to sound more genuine." Ylos Trading's reply of 21 September opens on a translation note: "Here is the American English translation of the response, maintaining the exact same authoritative, formal, and legally sound tone:"
We swept 3,349 firm replies across 56 firms. These two are the only ones like it. Six days on, the Atmos Funded line is still the first thing in that reply block, and our 22 September re-check came back byte for byte identical to the first.
We cannot prove who or what wrote either reply. Our read, and we will own it: that reply is all a trader gets to judge whether his case reached a human. At both firms, the first thing in it was about writing it.

What did the Atmos Funded Trustpilot reply say?
It said thank you. The review underneath is five stars, not a complaint.
A reviewer posting as fatme gave Atmos Funded five stars on 14 September, titled "I had an issue with my payout". Two days and two hours later the firm answered, drafting line on top of the greeting.
The reply under it runs 292 characters and is polite. It thanks the reviewer and says the process "reflected the transparency you'd expect from a regulated prop firm". We checked no regulator register.
What did the Ylos Trading reply say?
This one landed on a complaint. A reviewer posting as PVL left one star on 8 September:
> I have submitted six payout requests, and four of them have been rejected.
He says the last day looked like the others: "The only difference was that both trades happened to be losing trades." Ylos Trading called it flipping and refused the payout, in his account.
Flipping is Ylos Trading's own label, and its reply carries the firm's own definition: "a contractual mechanism" whose check weighs "lot proportionality, trade duration, volume relative to cycle days". In plain words, it judges the shape of your trading across a payout cycle, not one trade. Read past that line and the reply is substantial: it answers all three points PVL raised, under its own headings.
Ylos Trading's help centre index, fetched on 22 September, lists 21 articles and none under that name. Those articles would not open for us, so that is the index, not the rules.
Ylos Trading took 13 days and 10 hours to answer him, the slowest of the 41 it answered that day among reviews left since 5 September. Of those 41, 40 are in Portuguese and this is the one in English.
Same day, its ordinary shape: one star from Eliton Henrique, answered in Portuguese, greeting to sign-off. Nothing stacked above it.
What does a reported review mean on Trustpilot?
It means somebody asked Trustpilot to look. It is not a removal and not a finding. Trustpilot's record on PVL's review says a business user reported it as not genuine, and that it is visible.
By that same record, the reply went up at 14:34:52 UTC and the report followed at 14:37:21 UTC.

Seven minutes after the reply, PVL updated his review. It ends on this:
> Instead of addressing the issue I raised, you flagged my review and asked Trustpilot to remove it. It's truly laughable how "TRANSPARENT" you claim to be.
His words, not ours. Our evidence holds a business-user report and a review still standing.
How rare is a reply like this?
Two, out of 3,349. Two passes over the same replies from 56 firms landed on the same pair.
- Wording. 17 patterns covering drafting notes and translation preambles. Three hits: these two, plus one false positive at another firm.
- Structure. Flag any reply whose first line is short and whose next line is a greeting. 41 flags, all read, 39 of them ordinary house style.
So this is not an industry habit, and publishing an unpolished reply breaks no rule.
Neither firm has said anything about either line on any channel we hold. On our board: Atmos Funded tier A, score 47, Ylos Trading tier C, score 36, neither re-scored since.

We do not know, and nothing we hold shows it. Our evidence is the published text and its timestamps, naming no author and no tool. Neither firm has commented, and we did not ask.
Was the Ylos Trading review removed from Trustpilot?
No. Trustpilot's record on PVL's one-star review says a business user reported it as not genuine, 2 minutes and 29 seconds after the firm's reply. The same record says the review is visible, and it was still there at our 22 September 2026 re-check. A report asks Trustpilot to look. Nothing in our evidence shows it acting on this one.
Where is the Ylos Trading flipping rule published?
Not in the help centre index, under that name. Ylos Trading rejected PVL's payout with the label Flipping. We fetched its help centre index on 22 September 2026: 21 articles, including the balance consistency rule and the Standard account rules, and none under the name flipping. Those articles did not load for us, so we cannot say what is inside them.
