Blue Guardian Futures Denied $10K. The Evidence Is From August.

In this article

Blue Guardian Futures breached five $50K Reserve accounts and rejected a $10,000 payout on 14 Sep 2026. Reason: hedging.

The public evidence is one matched Micro Gold trade from 3 August. Fifteen days after that trade, the firm paid the same trader $10,000 on different accounts.

The futures help article on hedging was modified on 13 Sep. That is the day before the breach.

What happened

Trader Ayush Raj (@ayooshtrades) started five $50K Reserve accounts on 2 Sep: BGF147121 to BGF147125.

On 14 Sep he requested five $2,000 payouts. Cap math on a $50K Reserve: $2,000 each. Total: $10,000.

Same day: payout rejected. Reason: "hedging."

A "Futures Risk Team" breach notice cited "opposing positions across your accounts and/or accounts belonging to other users." No trade list attached.

His pinned post hit about 266K views.

Firm evidence

Risk Operations Manager @Abd_elmottalibe posted the firm's case. Bio lists the title. CEO Sean Bainton follows him.

The table shows one day only, 3 August 2026, on MGCZ6 (Micro Gold):

  1. Ayush shorts on five old eval accounts BGF89578 to BGF89582 at 07:09:11
  1. A second user (name redacted) longs five accounts at 07:09:13
  1. Both sides flat about 26 minutes later, three seconds apart
  1. About +$99 each for Ayush vs about -$88 each on the other side

Tight match. One trade. Copied five times. Those IDs are not the Reserve accounts breached on 14 Sep.

The second user's identity is unknown. The firm redacted it. We do not guess.

Killer fact

Blue Guardian paid Ayush $10,000 on 18 August. That is fifteen days after the trade it now cites.

Dashboard receipt shows five approved $2,000 payouts dated 2026-08-18 beside five rejected ones dated 2026-09-14.

If 3 August was a hard breach, why pay $10K later, then use that same trade in September to zero five new Reserves?

TrustedPropHub: "Caught later doesn't mean it didn't happen."

Ayush: "Getting hit with a serious rule violation, losing $10,000, and having 5 accounts wiped out without being shown what you actually did is wild."

Both lines can sit on the page. The timeline still needs a clean answer.

Rule timing

The futures article "Prohibited Trading Strategies" shows dateModified 13 Sep 2026. Current text has "3. Hedging" and repeats hedging again as section 5.

A Wayback capture from 17 May 2026 has no hedging section. It did ban collaborative trading: coordinated opposing strategies with other people across unconnected accounts.

Terms by 29 Jul 2026 already ban "hedging across accounts" and say decisions are final. Earlier Wayback Terms captures from Sep 2025 and Mar 2026 do not have that clause.

Reserve Account Rules still never mention hedging. They allow copy trading between accounts you legally own.

Blue Guardian's June 2026 blog says: "Blue Guardian allows hedging and martingale strategies." It does not clearly split CFD vs futures.

So if the redacted counterparty is a collaborator, the firm has rule language to stand on. That question is unresolved. The named futures "Hedging" help section still landed the day before the breach.

Who defended them

@GuardianFutures posted nothing about the dispute on 14 Sep. Same day it posted a Reserve upgrade and a "5 x $50k Reserve Account Giveaway" (1,238 likes).

@TrustedPropHub said the hedging claim is "not baseless," credited @Shubhankan007 for "additional proofs," and concluded "the trader was hedging."

Shubhankan007 is a badged Blue Guardian affiliate. On 3 Sep: use code TIWARY, DM your invoice.

The "additional proofs" image is the same ten-row table the firm already published.

Ayush posted TrustedPropHub Discord screenshots. Giveaway task: like, repost, and comment on that exact defence post. Winner proof was a reply under Ayush's thread.

That is affiliate amplification with a spin wheel, not a clean third-party audit.

Other complaints, not proof of this case:

Rafael Laporte, Trustpilot 3 Sep: "They're using trades from my FIRST payout as evidence."

Firm reply to another trader in July: same-device multi-account group use is a hard TOS hit.

Futures-linked Trustpilot profile: about 25% one-star.

CFD sister profile: TrustScore suppressed, fake-review removal notice.

PropFirmMatch April: account blocked unless a 1-star review was removed.

Ayush says he is locked out of his dashboard.

dashboard lockout error

Bottom line

The firm found one matching trade from August, paid him anyway, then used it a month later to zero five accounts after a futures hedging article update the day before. The loudest public defence rode a badged affiliate giveaway.

FAQ
